The new RFX OS936M-10 High Stability OCXO offers frequencies up to 500MHz around internally manufactured precision SC-cut crystals with ±5ppb frequency stability over operating temperatures ranging from -40 ° C to 65 ° C. The device limits harmonic values to -35 DBC and sub-harmonic values to -40 DBC. Both standard and custom frequencies can be manufactured from 150MHz to 500MHz, and the device comes in a sealed package of 36mm x 26.5mm and is only 10mm high, fully RoHS compliant
