Alliance Memory has released its new 3V multiple INPUT/output serial NOR flash product to provide continuity of supply to Micron customers using discontinued N25Q series devices. It is also available in 8-pin SOP wide body (209mil) and 8L WSON (6x5mm) packages. The devices support uniform 4KB, 32KB, and 64KB erasing and full packet burst read mode of 8/16/32/64byte.
