These plates allow the main parts of the building elements to be moulded first, and then the second part to be injected after the plates are rotated 90 or 180 degrees. This prevents distortion and speeds up the production process.
Since this solution is the most delicate way for rotating machinery components to generate signal transmission (simple installation, no wear), it has been adopted by leading plastic processors. Most of them opted for the company's range of position switches (e.g. ES 13), which are "wirelessly compatible" with wireless universal transmitters (RF 96 ST or RF I/O).
