Mouser is now equipped with Silicon Labs' EFR32FG23 Flex Gecko wireless SoC. Sub-ghz wireless solutions for these devices combine remote rf and energy efficiency with PSA-certified Level 3 security to meet the need for safe, high-performance, battery-powered iot products.

Soc extends the range and power efficiency of multi-protocol sub-ghz connectivity for a wide range of industrial Iot, smart city, building and home automation applications. Integrated power amplifiers and superior reception sensitivity, the SOC delivers 1+ mile range and 10 + years of excellent battery performance with fast wake-up time.

Coupled with optimized ultra-low transmitting and receiving radio power (13.2mA TX at 10dBm 868MHz, 3.7mA RX at 868MHz) and first-class RF (up to +20dBm output power and -125.3dBm RX at 868MHz, 2.4 KBPS GFSK), This single-mode, multi-core solution is ideal for battery-powered field area network nodes, wireless sensors, and remotely connected devices.

This compact, feature-rich development platform suite provides a fast way to develop and prototype sub-ghz iot products. It supports the FG23's on-board segmented LCD controller and other key features such as low power sensor interface and pulse counter. The SoC is supported by a suite of development tools including the company's FG23 868MHz-915MHz +14dBm development suite.
