The Dialog Semiconductor DA16600 Wi-Fi + BLE module provides a convenient way to add low-power Wi-Fi and low-power BLE capabilities to applications. These modules are based on VirtualZero DA16200 Wi-Fi SoC and SmartBond TINY DA14531 BLE SoC. Together they provide long battery life and low power consumption in a useful form. As a single integrated system, features such as Wi-Fi/BLE co-existence and wi-fi configuration over A BLE connection become standard.
These compact 14.2mm x 24.6mm x 3mm modules come with either an onboard chip antenna or an external antenna connector. The modules are complete with all required components and have been approved by FCC, IC, CE and other regulatory agencies.
Typical applications include thermostats, door locks, security cameras, video doorbells, temperature sensors, smoke detectors, other wireless sensors, garage door openers, pet trackers, asset trackers, home automation, commercial, industrial and residential.
