Vishay Intertechnology, Inc announced that Vishay's first 19.0 mm x 17.1 mm x 7.0 mm 6767 high temperature inductor, with a rated current of 155 A and AEC-Q200 standard, was launched. Vishay Dale IHSR-6767GZ-5A is specially designed for polyphase high current power supply and input/output filter. It is suitable for applications such as automobile engine compartment and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). The DC internal resistance (DCR) is 50% lower than the general power inductor, and its size is smaller than similar ferrite solutions.
Dimensions
The recently released automotive inductor has a frequency of 5 MHz, which is particularly suitable for DC/DC converter energy storage and high current filtering applications. The device operates at+155 ° C and is suitable for filtering and DC/DC conversion in various applications, including advanced driving assistance system and laser radar (LIDAR) microprocessor, 12 V/48 V vacuum free braking system, on-board charger (OBC) and brushless DC motor, with a current of 140 A. In these application environments, the typical DC internal resistance of IHSR-6767GZ-5A is as low as 0.24 m Ω, the inductance value is 0.22 µ H, and the current density is higher than that of similar technologies. Compared with other solutions, the IHSR-6767GZ-5A has no hard saturation in the whole operating temperature range, and has more excellent current saturation stability.
The inductor adopts 100% lead-free (Pb) shielding composite structure, and the buzzer noise is reduced to an ultra-low level. It has high thermal shock resistance, moisture resistance, and mechanical vibration resistance, and can not saturate high transient current spikes. The device complies with RoHS and Vishay green standards and is halogen-free.
