The SiC series power stages are packaged in Vishay's proprietary MLP package, enabling the voltage regulator design to provide continuous current per phase. This series integrates an advanced MOSFET gate driver IC with high current driving capability, adaptive no-load time control, integrated Schottky diode and zero current detection function to improve light-load efficiency.
