The EL8302 is a three-rail to rail amplifier with a bandwidth of -3 dB of 500MHz and a conversion rate of 600V/µs. Running at a very low power current of 5.6mA per channel, the EL8302 also features VS rails with inputs up to 0.15V.
The EL8302 is designed for some general purpose video, communications, instrumentation and industrial applications in 16-pin SO and 16-pin QSOP packages with operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. The EL8302 includes a fast acting disable/power off circuit. It is ideal for multiplexing applications when 25ns is disabled and 200ns is enabled.
