SL Power Electronics has introduced the NGB family of high Power density convection-rated AC/DC Power supplies. Designed for applications including industrial, medical, audio broadcasting and LED lighting, the series offers a wealth of application-related features and is available in a variety of formats and power levels, including 250W, 425W, 660W and 1200W (150W and 800W coming soon), all 12-56VDC single outputs.
The product line is different from the optimization design method commonly used in the industry and requires forced air cooling by fans, providing customers with higher reliability and noise elimination. Its next-generation design optimizes convection rating performance. It employs a retractable design strategy with highly customizable options that combine enhanced digital monitoring and control, multiple outputs, heart floats, covers and fan covers.
The series all offer class I and II inputs with high output stability over wide temperature ranges up to 50C without derating, a wide universal input voltage range of 80-264 vac, and high convective power ratings (only at 90VAC input voltages), whether operating in industrial or medical environments. Prolong life by using electrolytic capacitor life over seven years, Medical 4th edition. EMC compliance with CSA/EN/IEC UL62368, IEC61326-1/UL60601-1 3rd edition and three year warranty for heavy industry, meets class B radiation level with allowance.
