Post-datum: 2022-10-06, Diodes Incorporated

The diode company provides the latest members of its extensive Redriver combination, released 1.8V low power, four data channels 2.5Gbps Redriver. DIODES PI2MEQX2505 is the first Redriver to support the MIPI D-PHY 1.2 protocol in the industry, which aims to mobile and Internet of Things applications.

The device consumes 135mW in the active mode, consumes 5MW in low power consumption mode, consumes 2MW in ultra -low power consumption mode, and consumes only 0.2MW in the standby mode. This low power consumption helps extend the battery life of portable devices including MIPI cameras, such as laptops and personal computers.

The Redriver provides four differential channels, providing a programmable receiver balance, output swing and pre -emphasis. These features allow longer PCB tracking lengths, while reducing signal delay and minimizing costs and power consumption. The device provides a tiny TQFN-28L (zh) packaging, and the measurement is only 3.5mm x 5.5mm to allow high-density channel routes.
