   The Sensirion LPG10-1000 digital Flat Liquid Flow sensor is currently available from Mouser. The device measures 10mm x 10mm x 2.35mm3, making it ideal for high-volume applications under tight space constraints. The planar microfluidic glass substrate provides high performance and speed measurement of liquid flow with a flow control port mounted under the plate for very compact integration into any flow control system. The digital microsensor chip provides full signal processing, full calibration, temperature compensation, and linear digital output. Digital microsensor chip and microfluidic chip are combined to measure liquid flow in flat glass substrate.

   The smart sensor solution provides flow rates from as low as microliters per minute to 1ml/min. Glass, this wet material, ensures optimum compatibility with biological and pharmaceutical processes. Due to its low thermal mass, its response time can reach less than 30ms. The sensor can also detect faults such as blockage, bubbles or leaks in real time.

   The sensor is biocompatible and made of inert material. The device has a digital I2C interface. Adopt the principle of medium isolation sensor, sensor and fluid have no direct contact.
