& Nbsp; & Tb703 series low dropout (LDO) linear regulators from Texas Instruments are low quiescent current devices with excellent line and load transient performance. These LDOs are designed for power-sensitive applications. Precision band gap and error amplifiers provide 2% overall accuracy. Low output noise, extremely high power rejection ratio and low dropout make this series of devices ideal for battery-powered handheld devices. All device versions have thermal shutdown and current limiting to ensure safety.

In addition, these devices are stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1µF. This feature allows the use of cost-effective capacitors with high bias voltage and temperature derating. The device can be adjusted to a specified accuracy without an output load.

This series of LDO linear regulators are available in a five-pin SOT-23 package.
