STMicroelectronics M24CxxM-FCU serial I²C-bus 4-ball CSP 32 and 64 Kbit electrically erasable and programmable memory (EEPROM), organized as 4K or 8K × 8 bits.
Due to the specific device selection code, the M24CxxM can be hung on the same bus as the standard M24C32 or M24C64 in the WLCSP 4 bump. The M24CxxM-FCU can operate from a 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage over the -40C / + 85C ambient temperature range. The M24CxxM-FCU is packaged in a 4-ball WLCSP package.
