The LT6350 is a rail to rail input and output low noise single-ended differential converter/ADC driver with fast stability time. In a compact 3mm x 3mm 8-pin DFN package and 8-pin MSOP package, it operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
Pin arrangement
It converts a high-impedance or low-impedance, single-ended input signal into a low-impedance, balanced, differential output and is suitable for driving a high-performance differential successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. The dual op-amp topology has a very low noise OP-amp that can support a signal-to-noise ratio of 110dB within 1MHz bandwidth. The input is trimmed to a constant low input reference voltage offset in the input range to prevent the vos step from reducing distortion.
Block diagram
On a single 5V power supply, the output can swing from 55mV to 4.945V. By adding a negative power supply, the LT6350 can swing from 0v to 4.945v. The output common-mode voltage is set by applying a voltage to the + in2 pin. The LT6350 draws 4.8mA from a 5V power supply and consumes only 60µa in off mode.
