Vaunix Technology Corporation has released a power divider/combinator solution to add to their expanding family of standardized, low-cost RF/ microwave Lab Brick wireless test solutions.
The series was developed for next-generation L, S, and C-band cellular, Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi 6E test applications. These devices can be used as 2 -, 4 -, 8 -, and 16-way splitters to simplify custom ATE stand setup or as benchtop test components. Models range from rugged, miniature, connector designs to full rack mounted configurations.
The LPD-752-4 is a four-way 0-degree power divider/synthesizer with a tight amplitude balance of 0.5dB and a 6-degree phase balance. The LPD-752-8 is an 8-way 0 degree power divider/synthesizer. Unique mechanical design provides space-saving 0.45 "connector spacing, recessed SMA flange for direct panel mounting compatibility. The LPD-752-16 is a 16-way, 0-degree power divider with a small footprint and all 16 ports of 7.85 "by 0.6". Lpd-752-16-2q is a dual 16-way rack-mounted power divider. This compact design simplifies the integration of existing ATE configurations. And the current solution lineup includes the LPD-752-2, which is a bi-directional, 0-degree power divider/synthesizer in the frequency range of 700-7250mhz, providing excellent amplitude and phase balance, as well as high-end port to port isolation.
ATE and switch test specialists, especially those MIMO workers using sophisticated 5G, Wi-Fi and satellite communications antenna modules, will find value in the ease of use and flexibility of creating test platforms and applications using all of Vaunix's portable and programmable RF and microwave equipment.
