MAX6018 is a high precision, low voltage, low differential, and micro-power reference voltage in SOT23 packaging. 3 pin SOT23 package. The three terminal reference voltages are input voltage (VOUT + 200mV) to 5.5V and output voltage is 1.2V, 1.6V, 1.8V and 2.048V.

Typical Application Circuit

                   

The MAX6018 reference voltage consumes supply current less than 5μA(Max.) and can source and absorb load current up to 1mA. Unlike traditional shunt mode (both ends) reference circuits, which waste supply current and require external resistance, the MAX6018 series devices provide supply current with little dependence on the supply voltage (varying only by 0.1μA/V) and require no external resistance.

The MAX6018 has an initial accuracy of 0.2% (Class A) and 0.4% (Class B) with a temperature drift of 50ppm/°C(Max). Low voltage drop and ultra-low, supply voltage-independent supply current make this device ideal for dual battery alkaline, end-of-life, battery monitoring systems.
