Microchip Technology's PIC32CM LE00, LS00 and LS600 (PIC32CM Lx) ultra-low power consumption MCU. The PIC32CM Lx series has 32-bit performance, ultra-low power consumption characteristics, and memory configurations up to 512KB flash memory and 64KB SRAM, providing designers seeking to solve the challenges of the Internet of Things (IoT), consumer, industrial and medical markets with three different product choices.
Microchip PIC32CM Lx MCU is equipped with a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M23 CPU with a frequency up to 48MHz. These devices use picoPower technology, with 1.5 μ S, as well as the Sleep Walking and event system peripherals fully supported by the Microchip power debugger and data visualization tools. These three products are also equipped with on-chip analog operational amplifiers, digital to analog converters (DAC) and analog to digital converters (ADC), which can operate in sleep mode and connect with various sensors. They also have excellent capacitive touch functions, providing enhanced peripheral touch controllers (PTC) and Driven Shield+, allowing designers to add buttons, scroll wheels, touch screens, and sliders to smart watches, fitness trackers, headphones, and other peripherals.
The PIC32CM LS60 has a super powerful security feature set. It is the first MCU in the industry to combine the security subsystem and Arm TrustZone technology in a single package. It supports the CPU to be divided into "safe" and "non safe" areas. The PIC32CM LS60 integrates the enhanced external touch controller and the Driven Shield+function to prevent incorrect touch due to moisture.
