Measurement Specialties' MS5607-02BA barometric pressure sensor is designed for altimeters and variable pressure gauges with an altitude resolution of 20 cm.
The high-resolution temperature function allows users to implement an altimeter / thermometer format without additional sensors. The MS5607-02BA sensor module includes a high linearity pressure sensor and an ultra-low power 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal factory calibration coefficients.
The sensor provides precise 24-bit digital pressure and temperature values and different operating modes, allowing users to optimize conversion speed and current consumption. MSI MS5607-02BA can be connected to most microcontrollers. The sensor measures only 5mm x 3mm x 1mm and can be integrated into mobile devices, mobile altimeter / barometer systems, bicycle computers, speedometers, data recorders and mobile phones / GPS devices.
