Kemet - Metallized polyester film capacitors with tinned radial leads (Kemet R82 series)

Kemet R82 series metallized polyester film with tinned radial leads is electrically welded to the contact metal layer at the end of the capacitor winding. The thermosetting resin material for the capacitor is encapsulated in a solvent-resistant plastic case with self-extinguishing property. Typical applications include blocking, coupling, decoupling, timing and oscillator circuits. The company says its features include a wide voltage range, high operating temperature, RoHS compliance, and lead-free termination.
