     KEMET's CHT series of high temperature 260°C surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) are constructed from a robust proprietary C0G/NP0 base metal electrode (BME) dielectric system that provides industry-leading performance at extreme temperatures. These devices are designed for applications in harsh environmental conditions, such as downhole oil exploration, industrial high temperature electronics, geothermal, and aerospace, which require robust and reliable capacitors at extreme temperatures up to 260°C.

      KEMET's C0G dielectric capacitance does not change with time and voltage, and the change in capacitance over ambient temperature is negligible. The CHT series of high temperature 260°C capacitors also feature a gold (Au) termination finish that provides a clean solderable surface to withstand the most extreme environments. These devices are lead (Pb) free, RoHS and REACH compliant and do not require any standard exemptions
