Alpha and Omega Semiconductor's EZBuck high-efficiency synchronous regulators offer several pin-compatible families with similar functions and various current levels to simplify the power supply design process. Users can choose the appropriate device according to different devices, the VIN range is 3v ~ 36v, the IOUT range is 2a ~ 30a, and the VOUT is adjustable to 0.6 V or 0.8 V. Switching frequencies up to 1 MHz allow the use of small inductors to minimize PCB footprint and proprietary constant On-time PWM control with input feedforward results in ultra-fast transient response while maintaining relatively constant switching over the entire input voltage range frequency.
