Harwin's surface-mount test points can be placed fully automatically on the PCB, minimizing installation costs. They are available in three sizes: S1751-46R, the largest size, suitable for standard test clips and hooks; S2751-46R, with 2012 metric size (English 0805), suitable for miniature test clips; S2761, 1608 meters (0603 English) -46R, also suitable for miniature test clips.
These components allow the use of clip-on tools and can be tested hands-free. The company also said that these test points can also be effectively sacrificed-any damage to them during the test process will not affect the final PCB function because they are additional circuit components.
