Tezer now offers the Toshiba TLP570x GaA1As optocoupler, which integrates an Aluminum-gallium-arsenic infrared LED in a compact six-pin SO6L package that is optically coupled to an integrated high-speed, high-gain photodetector.
Optocouplers offer a smaller solution for applications that require certification of security standards. Internal noise shielding provides 20kV/μs guaranteed common-mode transient immunity. The optocoupler comes in standard SO6L and wide lead SO6L (LF4) package variants. The series is smaller and thinner than 8-pin DIP package optocouplers and meets international safety standards for enhanced insulation.
These devices are ideal for PHOTOVOLTAIC power regulation systems, industrial inverters, induction cookers and household appliances, air conditioning inverters, MOSFET gate drivers and IGBT gate drivers.
