AOZ8224 is a four-wire bi-directional transient voltage suppression diode designed to protect voltage-sensitive electronics from high transient conditions and ESD. The device integrates eight TVS diodes in a small SOT-23 package. It can be used to meet IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 (±15kv air, ±8kv contact discharge)ESD anti-static requirements.
