ECS 3225mvq series of ECS is a qualified surface mount oscillator of HCMOS AEC-Q200, which is packaged in a ceramic industry standard of 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 1.0 mm. ECS adds three part numbers to the ECS 3225mvq multi volt oscillator series. ECS-3225MVQ-1000-CN-TR3 and ECS-3225MVQ-500-CN-TR3 previously existed frequency, stability and temperature range combinations are provided in 3000 piece reels, which are indicated by TR3 at the end of the part number. ECS-3225MVQ-250-BS-TR is a 25 MHz multi volt oscillator that provides ± 50 ppm stability in an extended temperature range from - 40 º C to+125 º C
These oscillators have multi volt capability and can work across power supplies, and are compatible with+1.8 V,+2.5 V,+3.0 V, or+3.3 V. They provide standard stability of ± 20 ppm, ± 25 ppm and ± 50 ppm in the automotive operating temperature range - 40 º C to 105 º C and the standard industrial temperature range - 40 º C to+85 º C. The low power consumption of ECS-3225MVQ is 8 mA to 20 mA (maximum), depending on the product frequency range from 1 MHz to 160 MHz, and the low jitter between 12 kHz and 20 MHz is 1 pS.
