ECS 'ECS-2520MVQ AEC-Q200 SMD MultiVolt crystal oscillator family comes in a 2.5mm x 2.0mm x 0.8mm 4-pad ceramic package. The component has a frequency range of 1 MHz to 160 MHz with standard stability of ±50 ppm and additional stability options of ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, and ±100 ppm.
The CN option provides stability of ±25 ppm over the standard industrial temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC. The oscillator series is AEC-Q200 certified and IATF 16949 certified to provide a wider temperature range. Multivolt crystal oscillators are compatible with static 1.8, 2.0, 3.0, and 3.3 volts power supplies and pass through 1.6 to 3.3 volts power supplies.
