Vishay Intertechnology has introduced the first AEC-Q200 qualified IHSR high temperature inductor with a current rating of 155A and a case size of 19mm x 17.1mm x 7mm 6767. Featuring a 100% lead (Pb)-free shielded composite construction that reduces hum to ultra-low levels, the inductors offer high resistance to thermal shock, moisture and mechanical shock. This automotive grade inductor is optimized for energy storage up to 5MHz in DC-DC converters and high current filtering applications.
