The LT1965 series is a low noise, low drop linear regulator. The device provides A 1.1A output current with a typical drop voltage of 310mv. The adjustable version has a operating silent current of 500 μA, reduced to < when shut down; 1 μA. Good static current control; It does not rise on exit as many other regulators do.
Typical Application
